I will eat my rock salt if I see a city employee shovelling my local hydrants.

I always shovel out the hydrants by my house and I'm a city employee.... bon appétit!

This place is shadyyyyyy. We went there with Neeners on Saturday afternoon, she ordered the Mac N Cheese and Meatballs both which say $7 on the menu, she was charged $8 for the meatballs and $9 for the mac n cheese, when she brought it up the waitress didn't apologize or anything. Whatever. the only thing this place is good for is sitting outside when its warm out and having drinks.  >:D >:D

According to their Facebook page, soft opening is tomorrow, October 9th from 5-8pm. Drafts and food 30% off.

Is it like sandpapering your olfactory with a slice of 2Boots?

Pretty much fine gentleman, pretty fucking much :D

I rarely comment here but this entire thing is pissing me off. While I think your storefront is real pretty and all I've never stepped foot in it because the sandpaper bottom pizza is a turn off, if I want to rip the top of my mouth to shreds I'll eat a bowl of Cap'n Crunch. I'm not sure how empanadas and ribs affect your business, if people were selling slices of pizza then I would totally get it.

I also think the 17 other restaurants who are with you on this are pussies, I haven't seen one jump to your defense here or the other message boards. That makes me sad for you. If you did some research you would see what some people think about Ibby and Jeff. I love living in JC, I love supporting local businesses, but when owners start to become assholes, well next please.

Some weeknights I don't get off the PATH until 7:50pm, I want something fast to grab and take home, a few empanadas, or ribs, a block of cheese, take 1 minute if that as opposed to (from the yelp reviews) 40 minutes for a pie, Yo Greys Anatomy starts at 8pm, I can't be screwing around, no dvr for me, I have to watch that shit in real time due to Twitter and Facebook spoilers.

I do wish you nothing but success because as I said before I really dig your storefront and would hate to see you go and I never wish failure on anyone but Julia Roberts. I also love the Farmers Market and options. Be well sir, the Farmer's Market will be over soon and then you all can boycott Newark Ave for allowing 11,000 new restaurants to open.

This place is gone, Walked past it last night and it was empty. Crazy Shit since I was just there on Sunday buying mini Woods a couple of things and they were fully up and running. This was always my go to place for all the Wired kids birthdays, mainly because HPD and I love to wait until the last possible second for pretty much everything.  >:D >:D >:D Sad to see it go though.

Government & Politics / Re: Vandalized sign
« on: 05-07-2013, 11:40am »
The Fulop signs in my area simply disappeared.  :dunno:

Our sign is still up and hasn't been touched, mainly because it's up the steps on our porch and the fact that people know I am a effing psychopath and have no problem throwing hot piss at them. Or it could be the security guards that roam the parking garage in front of us.  ;)

I dream of a world where the PA actually explains what the signal problem was, assuming it was actually a signal problem.

I don't buy for once second it was a signal problem. Fuck the PATH, they didn't even tweet anything until around 6:28. Dicks

I actually do believe it was a signal problem, but probably caused by a human.  Don't forget the main reason why the system was closed for so long after Sandy was because they had to replace the entire signal system because they didn't have enough spare parts (for the legacy 80 year old system in place) to replace all the parts ruined by the flooding.  I doubt they're very good at troubleshooting and fixing issues on the brand new system, which hadn't been scheduled to be installed until 2015.

they can still go eff themselves  >:D ;D ;D ;D

From a friends Facebook page:

Last night Omar, one of the owners of Fussy Friends, was stabbed in the store by a madman. He was rushed to the hospital with life threatening injuries but I have heard that has been downgraded thankfully. We all know Omar and Josef as two sweet guys who love animals and who are trying to get a business off the ground. They have been very kind to Xxxxxx Xxxxxx and I to allow us to come every Sunday to do cat adoptions at the store and as a result we have had amazing adoption success!
