Communipaw repaving

I cut through Lincoln Park whenever Communipaw is backed up.

I agree, it's a welcome improvement.  But it won't 't change the fact that you can only move at like 5mph, particularly heading west because of the way the lights are timed.  I'm still trying to figure out a viable shortcut to 440 and 1&9 that avoids Communipaw.

Looks like they're tearing up Communipaw for repaving.  They have it stripped all the way to JFK!  It's about time too!  I swear that was one of the worst streets in JC.  Ironically enough, it's smoother now than it was before they tore it up!

When our neighbor was preggers, she refused to drive down Communipaw least it put her into early labor.
