you let the kids have locks on their bedroom doors?! wow... that's trust, my parents never let me do that. something about how it wasn't my property, so I couldn't expect privacy. this of course all started changing when my brother turned 11 and started stealing from me on a daily basis, but only then was I allowed a pad lock on the outside so that way I could never lock the room while in there. Oh and my dad was the only one with the key, of course.

See what happens when dad is left in charge of the kids?
