I got the price improvement info on this project yesterday. The new numbers should be a big help, and the building looks great. Right across from Lib. Harbor, so there will be plenty of new shops, restaurants, etc in the coming years. Best of luck!

Is this the old building that looked like a Pirate ship?  The new building looks gorgeous, btw.

Man that place was awesome.  I remember when they finally knocked it down - took them a week to clear all of the crap from inside of there before they could actually demolish it.  It looked like a pimp and a psychic lived there and threw all their trash inside for 20 years and then it was firebombed in a drug dispute.

Oh wait, that's what actually happened.  Still looked pretty cool, tho.

My name is John Heidenry and I am the developer of 296 Grand Street on the corner of Barrow. We are currently wrapping up construction of our building and I wanted to invite everyone who's interested in seeing the inside to come to our open house held every Saturday and Sunday from noon until 4 PM. We have two furnished model units for everyone to tour. In addition, the views from the roof decks are amazing. I hope that everyone feels that we have improved the neighborhood over the old burned-out psychic building that had been there for years. Best, --John
