- any "curbing" like in AmericanX or in the Sopranos a coupla weeks back:
I've seen my share of blood and gore, a buddy is an Oral-Maxillofacial surgeon, but that particular act of violence  hits me hard;

- when Hannibal Lector does a a quick sweetbread saute of Ray Liotta's own brains and serves it to him, in whatever flick that was;

just for starters on the disturbing side

From Hand That Rocks the Cradle:  Annnabelle Scorria is having an asthma attack while in a fistfight with the nanny, Rebecca De Mornay, who kicks her inhaler away and says:  "When push comes to shove, you can't even breathe."

One of the most evil bitch fight lines ever.  And a totally disturbing scene.  And movie.
