Closings occurred at the last possible date on the 15th. There have been a few delays, but now people should be moving to occupy in droves this weekend in their 2 hour time slot for the elevators.
As locations go, I think this place is one of the best in Jersey City right now...as long as high rises don't go up next to it....*cough*Waldo*cough*. Even then, it has a nice amount of space in front of it, a view out the back, and is a close walk to the Light Rail.
