Darna, this is Pinoy BBQ?

I have had their BBQ from the Hoboken location.  It is really good, tender but not fatty.  And not too sweet or saucy, as some Pinoy BBQs can be.

Yes, JCI.  Fang, I'm talking about Pinoy BBQ, which I've too often seen made with huge chunks of fatty pork.  And not in a good way.

Ah, I see not enough fat rendered out. Very different indeed.

Not fatty? That's a shame, nothing better than a wet piece of brisket.

Mmmmm, barbeque. :homer:

I hope they keep regular hours. Legal Beans at this location has never been known for it.

Hey so this Friday 5/7, a new BBQ joint is opening next to Legal Beans (the little joint across from Sheila's).  Please do yourself a favor and check it out, they're gonna be doing a variety of BBQ styles and it sounds good to me!!
