A new high rise application for 680 units has been filed for Preliminary and Major Site Plan Approval on Grand Street on land currently occupied by the Boys and Girls club. Interested parties should address their opinion at the Planning Board meeting on May 15Th at 5.30 PM , City Council Chambers. Looks like the JCRA may finally be able to raise enough money to settle their $21M lawsuit if this goes through or should they file for bankruptcy if not
