DJ Pastiche delivers 2 hours of minimal techno,
together with Groove on Grove's band features,
artists, DIY crafters, vendors, food, lounge and drinks.

discarded TV sets to remind us of our energy behaviors and impact on earth,
bring the viewer to a historical context of the development of energy needs and consumption.

The artist market offers visual art by community based artists,
designer T-shirts, independent fashion, locally created jewelery, innovative recycling, paper designs,
candles, dog products, metal and leather works.

Shades of Java will be hosting a Open Mic event June 1st. The event is a part of the citywide "JC Friday's" celebration.

Itinerary: 
5pm - 7pm : scheduled artists to perform on Open Mic
7pm - 8pm : art reception with our "artist of the month", live jazz band, and free wine donated by a non profit
8pm - 8:30pm : featured performance
8:30pm - 10pm : scheduled artists to perform on Open Mic

In case you can't make it to this event, we will also be looking for artists to perform in our signature bi-weekly Open Mic nights.

CALLING ALL ARTIST (lyricists, vocalists, musicians, poets, and dancers) TO SHADES OF JAVA COFFEE HOUSE!!!!

We're having a huge Open Mic event June 1st. The event is a part of the citywide "JC Friday's" celebration. This occurs quarterly throughout Jersey City and has become a huge event.
I'm looking for artist to perform during my Open Mic night that will be free to the public. The event is scheduled from 5pm to 10pm.

Itinerary:
5pm - 7pm : scheduled artists to perform on Open Mic
7pm - 8pm : art reception with our "artist of the month", live jazz band, and free wine donated by a non profit
8pm - 8:30pm : featured performance
8:30pm - 10pm : scheduled artists to perform on Open Mic

In case you can't make it to this event, we will also be looking for artists to perform in our signature bi-weekly Open Mic nights.

Each performer will be allotted a 15 minute time slot maximum.
Please respond with your information and a sample or detailed description of your performance, as well as your available time frame.
