I like that they list Shadman as one of the local fine dining establishments.  I have never seen a single solitary person in there.  Ever. 

And +1 on the crazy ghost trees.  Spoooooky.

Can someone please answer me this:

They say "parking spaces available" yet I do not see a garage being built.

Yet this is an 18 unit development.  So I'm guessing street parking (unless they are somehow piggybacking Columbus Plaza across the street, which I doubt).

I thought all new (4 unit+ IIRC) developments were required to provide off street parking?

The facade has an aseptic and sterile look, lacking both character and warmth.  It is not inviting and not characteristic of the neighborhood.
